Terms and Conditions
Minimum stay 2 nights (3 nights exclusive use). Rates are based on a per room basis (single or double occupancy).
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room. Only persons 18 years of age and older are accepted.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee. $125 surcharge per person is applicable on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
Your all-inclusive experience begins upon arrival at Wilson Island. Any incidentals incurred during transit on Heron Island will be at your additional cost.
Exclusive Use requires payment for the whole property (9 rooms) regardless of how many rooms are occupied.
Discounted rates are subject to availability and management approval. Environmental Management Charge of $7.00 per person per day, to a maximum of $21.00 per person per stay, is in addition to accommodation charge. Wilson Island does not take responsibility for cancelled or delayed ferry transfers due to weather or marine conditions;
we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
If a guest is unable to travel due to COVID-19 a free of charge date change will be provided, for travel in the same season within 12 months from the date change notification. A guest is deemed unable to travel due to COVID-19 as a result of: a positive COVID-19 test result, being classified as a close contact with a positive case, awaiting test results, border closures and Government travel advice or due to COVID-19 Alert Level changes (Nationally, State or Regionally) leading to lock-down measures being put in place. No refunds will be given unless agreed to by both parties. The guest can amend with no cost, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled guest arrival. If requested, guests must be able to provide documentation to verify they are unable to travel.
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information regarding their change and cancellation policies.
